Toolbar problem

yeah... so happy that I solve the toolbar problem. now I can post pic again.. hee.. If u are using singnet broadband n your blooger toolbar under new post also disappear, u can do the following steps...

Tools -> Internet Options
Click on "Connections" page tab
Click on "LAN Settings" button
Check "Use a proxy server for your LAN ..." checkbox
Click on "Advanced" button
Under HTTP type, input "proxy.singnet.com.sg" for proxy address and "8080" for port
